Two self-paced introductory courses that retrain a Risk-trained eye to spot Opportunity, and frame it so a room can work on it. The foundations of the Nemetan method, and the on-ramp to the certificate.
HOW THEY WORK
Short, practical, and they credit forward
Each course is self-paced online video, about an hour across short lessons with solo worksheets, and costs €300. Take them in order: Seeing comes first, Framing builds on it. There is no technical toolkit to wrestle with here; that comes in the certificate. And the fee for every short course credits toward the Certificate in Sustainability Ideation, so nothing you spend here is spent twice.

Seeing the Opportunity
€300 · self-paced · about 55 minutes plus two worksheets
Retrain a Risk-trained eye to notice Opportunity in a report you already have.

- ✓ What counts as a real Opportunity: business and sustainability benefit from the same decision.
- ✓ Telling a real Opportunity from a dressed-up risk.
- ✓ Why a Risk-trained eye misses it: a method gap, not a people problem.
- ✓ Spotting it in your own material topics.
Outcome: You leave able to tell a real Opportunity from a dressed-up risk, having named two or three in your own topics.

Framing the Opportunity

Turn an Opportunity you can see into a grounded question a room can actually work on.

- ✓ The trap of jumping to a solution, and how to hold it off.
- ✓ Posing the question: turning a vague topic into one a room can work.
- ✓ Grounding and framing one of your own Opportunities.
Outcome: You leave with one grounded, well-posed Opportunity question, ready for a real ideation session.

Ready to turn questions into concepts?
The two short courses take you as far as seeing and framing. The Certificate in Sustainability Ideation is where you learn the full method and its tools, and both short-course fees credit toward it.
