When do you need EcoVadis assessment deadline support?
When the invitation sat in someone's inbox. EcoVadis gives you 30 business days to complete the questionnaire by default, and the clock starts when the questionnaire is created, not when somebody notices it. Most suppliers who call us have used half of it already.
Here's the good news. A low score usually comes from missing paperwork, not missing practice, and paperwork can be fixed in days.
What happens in the ten working days?
- Days 1 and 2: evidence triage. We go through what you already have, theme by theme, and rank the gaps by the points they cost.
- Days 3 to 7: close the gaps. We write up what you already do as policies and records, for your directors to sign and date. A policy written this week counts for less than one in use for a year, so we put the effort where the practice already exists.
- Days 8 and 9: answer check. Every answer is matched to a document the analyst can see. Anything we can't evidence, we leave out.
- Day 10: submit. You press the button, with nothing left on the list.
If your deadline is closer than ten working days, we help you ask EcoVadis for an extension on day one. When the scorecard arrives, usually six to eight weeks later, we go through it with you and list what to fix before next year.
Fees
Fast-track is the standard fee for your company size plus a fixed supplement, because we clear the diary to fit you in. You'll know the full cost before we start.

The EcoVadis subscription is separate and paid directly to EcoVadis. We take two fast-track clients a month, which is how we keep the ten-day promise.
What can't a fast-track do?
It can't promise a medal. EcoVadis analysts decide the score, and nobody outside EcoVadis can guarantee one. What we can promise is a submission that gets credit for everything you already do.
It can't create a track record overnight either. With no energy data, no policies and no records at all, ten days buys a first score, not a good one. Then our standard EcoVadis consultant service is the better route, and we'll say so on the first call.
A deadline is a bad time to start from scratch. It's a fine time to prove what you already do.
Common questions
Is fast-track the same as EcoVadis certification support?
Yes, in the sense most people mean. EcoVadis issues a rating rather than a certificate, and fast-track covers everything up to submission, plus a review call when the scorecard arrives.
Can fast-track get us an EcoVadis gold medal?
Sometimes. Medals depend on how your score compares with other rated companies, so a supplier with good practice and weak paperwork can move up a long way. If the gap is in what you actually do, gold needs a full cycle with our standard service.
Can you extend an EcoVadis deadline?
You can ask. EcoVadis sets a questionnaire window of 30 business days by default and can extend it. Ask early, give a reason, and name a date you can meet.
